This paper is a survey paper on test case prioritization based on cost, time, and process aspects. Prioritization concepts elevate the rate of fault detection or various coding errors in time and cost constraints. Test case, test suite prioritization’s method are used in regression testing.  Because testing play an important role in software development life cycle. In this paper, we have done survey of an important role of prioritization and their techniques. There are several test suite and test case prioritization techniques exist.
