STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT IN DESIGNING HUMANITIES LITERACY EVALUATION SYSTEMS FOR VOCATIONAL EDUCATION

Humanities literacy is increasingly recognized as a critical component of vocational education, enhancing students’ career readiness and adaptability. This paper explores the role of stakeholder engagement in designing effective humanities literacy evaluation systems for vocational education. Drawing on qualitative and quantitative data from stakeholders, including educators, students, employers, and policymakers, the study identifies key perspectives, challenges, and recommendations for creating robust evaluation frameworks. Findings highlight the necessity of collaborative approaches to ensure relevance, inclusivity, and practicality in assessment methods, ultimately contributing to improved educational outcomes and career trajectories for vocational students.
