THE EFFICACY OF BUSINESS ETHICS LEVELS TO THE RECENTLY GRADUATED ENTREPRENEURS’ WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT

Background: The study of entrepreneurship has been given significant importance in the academic community by several nations. According to Ghina, Simatupang, and Gustomo (2017), a significant proportion of the labor force in the ASEAN region is actively considering entrepreneurship as a prospective career path.

Methods: The study made use of the descriptive-correlational research design. This study was conducted in Henan Province China.

Result: All the data showed a significant relationship between the business ethics levels and how the recently graduated entrepreneurs perform workforce management.

Conclusion: The provided information suggests that there is a relationship between business ethics levels and the performance of recently graduated entrepreneurs in workforce management.
