The Leadership styles (Laissez-faire leadership, Transformational leadership, and Transactional leadership) are studied in Pakistan’s textile spinning sector to determine the most effective leadership style for enhancing employees’ performance using psychological capital as a mediator. The PLS-SEM model, LMX through LC Analysis, and the Measurement Model are run twice through SEM to examine the data. The results reveal that the psychological capital has a balancing effect on both leadership style and workforce output. There is a big difference between transformational leadership and laissez-faire leadership regarding employee performance. As a result of the addition of psychological capital as a moderator, transactional leadership has an insignificant but considerable effect on employee performance. The research provides a guideline to academic researchers for further study in other sectors of textile industries, and investors can make better decisions to invest in the textiles spinning sector.

Due to changing precipitation and land geology, people have long met either an excess or a rarity of water as they travelled across different parts of India. They have, nevertheless, developed methods for flooding their agricultural areas using meagre amounts of water. Even though they are less common, their traditional methods are still effective. Learning to manage water in mutual ways improves them. We need to learn about a few traditional water-conservation techniques used by our incompetent but successful Indian water managers. The closure of academic institutions around the world tested the readiness of universities to deal with remote measures of learning delivery. Thus, the study was conducted to assess the level of readiness of the faculty members at Eastern Samar State University Guiuan campus and to determine the different predictors to be used in developing an intervention program. A descriptive-correlational research design was utilized in the study. The study was participated by 102 faculty members. One-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, and regression analysis were used in testing the hypotheses.

The results of the study revealed that there is no significant difference between the faculty profile and its level of readiness to flexible learning management system. A significant relationship has been concluded among and between faculty readiness, course design, course rapport, time management, and technical competence. The regression analysis disclosed that course design and technical competence are the predictors of faculty readiness in the flexible learning management system. Thus, heads of academic institutions should provide resources to train faculty members in the use of technology and other platforms that are used in the flexible learning environment. Also, develop a positive attitude towards technology in the teaching process by making a continuous effort to improve their technological skills. More importantly, provide the necessary equipment for faculty to deliver the teaching-learning process effectively and efficiently, ensuring that learners acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies for each course.

Education is one of the vital ways and backbone of any country’s progressive development. Traditionally, the Colleges and Universities administer the evaluation process using the printed forms of the Qualitative Contribution Evaluation (QCE) based on the National Budget Circular (NBC) No. 461 of the State Universities and Colleges (SUCs). This study was designed to develop a (W-B BTPES), a system that intended to accommodate administrators, peers, students, and self through online platforms in evaluating teachers’ performance.

The system was created using C# and MySQL that can be accessed through a website. It undertook several tests to ensure that all its functionality, usability, and accuracy are working and free from errors. The participants of the study were students, faculty, and administrators who rated the performance of the system through the survey-questionnaire. Based on the findings, the system had met its objectives of processing and providing result for teacher’s performance. The development of Web Mobile-Based Teachers’ Performance Evaluation System based on the teacher’s performance evaluation yielded a faster, more convenient, and a secure way of evaluating the performance of faculty members.

Background: This study aimed to determine the lived experiences of teachers in teaching contextualized Mathematics to indigenous learners during the new normal education.

Methods and Findings: Data were gathered through an individual virtual semi-structured interview with two participants who were selected using purposive sampling. The participants were all secondary school teachers who have taught mathematics-related subjects. This qualitative study also utilized a narrative inquiry approach and utilized interview protocol and questionnaires which were validated by three experts. Collected data were then transcribed, analyzed, and explicated using Braun and Clarke (2017) Thematic Analysis.

Conclusion: The major themes derived were: a) challenges encountered by the teachers in teaching contextualized Mathematics, (b) coping strategies from external threats of teachers in delivering contextualized mathematics teaching, and (c) teacher support programs as suggested by the teachers.

This paper discussed about FDI in education sector of Indian scenario. Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has long been a source of concern for India. Although 100% FDI is allowed in the education sector by the government, it also has some obstructions or barriers in addition to its main benefits. The authors of this study have made an effort to highlight both the positive and negative effects of FDI on the education sector. In India, this is noted that education is key to developing the nation. It is also a well accepted fact that empowering young people with the right knowledge and skills can ensure societal advancement and economic growth. According to the Indian educational system, education plays a role in establishing values such as libertarianism, respect for majority rule traditions, universal liberties, and the pursuit of equity.
