This study examines the impact of strategic integration and management techniques on teaching quality at Jiangsu Maritime Institute. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, the research explores how institutional strategies and managerial approaches contribute to faculty performance, student engagement, and overall educational outcomes. Findings suggest that a well-integrated strategic framework, combined with effective management techniques, enhances teaching quality and academic success. The study provides recommendations for optimizing management strategies and aligning them with institutional objectives to further improve teaching standards.
